Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge until 12:00 PM (EAT) 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival.

Penalty Charge: If a cancellation is made after 12:00 PM (EAT) within 24 hours of the scheduled date of arrival, the guest will incur a penalty charge equivalent to the first night’s room rate.

No-Shows: A “No-Show” occurs when a guest fails to arrive on the reservation date of arrival without providing proper cancellation notification. In the event of a No-Show, the guest will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night’s room rate.
